NOTE: Tests administered in Summer 2018 are BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) and require a laptop for completion. Please download Mozilla Firefox browser to your laptop prior to test date/time as it is best suited to Sakai programming and recommended for testing. Use different browser at own risk and be prepared for possible consequences such as unrecorded answers/score and necessity to retest.

The school's Usage and Grammar Test is designed to evaluate word usage, and grammar and punctuation competencies. It is a timed 50-minute test given electronically in Sakai that consists of 60 usage, 30 grammar and 10 punctuation multiple-choice questions. Allow approximately one hour in your schedule. Click here to access additional resources and learn more about the Usage & Grammar Test.

Registration for this test opens Thursday, July 5, at 8 a.m. and closes Wednesday, July 11, at 4 p.m.

After registration closes, waitlisted students should be prepared to respond to a time-sensitive email up to 30 minutes prior to test time to secure any late-vacated seats.

Cancellations prior to closing: Cancel your test registration by accessing the Mobile Summary via your registration confirmation email. After logging in with your registered email and opening your ticket summary, an option for canceling your order will be available. If you have trouble canceling, please contact Marla Barnes.

Cancellations after closing: You must notify Marla Barnes at your earliest convenience.

If you are self-identified with ARS, please speak with Marla Barnes personally at your earliest convenience.
