As the school’s HR Consultant, Dina Sikora leads all HR functions, including customer consultation, recruitment and hiring, on- and off-boarding, position classification and compensation, employee relations, training and development, time-recording (TIM), HR data and reporting.

Sikora comes to the MJ-school with a wealth of HR experience in nonprofit, public sector and higher education institutions in the United States, United Kingdom and Russia. She holds a master’s degree in management, a certification as a senior professional in human resources, as well as SHRM-CP credentials from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Sikora first joined the UNC-Chapel Hill community in 2012 as a temporary employee in the Equal Opportunity and Compliance Office. In 2013-19, she served the students, faculty and staff of the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy as assistant human resources director.
